2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Because many of our products are custom-made:

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.
  • We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer including spelling, grammar, dates, or uploaded artwork.
  • Mockups or proofs may vary slightly from the finished engraved product.
  • Engraving placement, sizing, wood grain, leatherette texture, and material variations may differ slightly due to the handmade/custom nature of our products.

3. Production & Shipping

  • Production times vary depending on order volume and customization requirements.
  • Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless an error was made by Etch&Co, LLC.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content including designs, logos, product photos, graphics, text, and original artwork are the property of Etch&Co, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Customers must have permission to use any uploaded logos, images, or trademarks submitted for engraving.

6. Limitation of Liability

Etch&Co, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product ordered.
