Refund policy
At Etch&Co, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are personalized and custom-made, please review our return and refund policy carefully.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all custom and personalized sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Customer spelling or personalization errors
- Incorrect information submitted during ordering
- Design approvals provided by the customer
- Minor variations in engraving placement, color, wood grain, leatherette texture, or material appearance
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Non-Custom Items
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once production or engraving has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Issues
Etch&Co, LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
