Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days depending on product type, customization requirements, and current order volume.

Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Customers will be notified if delays occur.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and selected shipping method.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Etch&Co, LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside our control once an order has been shipped.


Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information by email or SMS once an order has shipped.

Message and data rates may apply for SMS notifications.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Etch&Co, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply if packages are returned and require reshipment.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.

Lost packages should be reported to the shipping carrier first. We will assist when possible but are not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues.


International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
